The Ministry is headquartered at Zowe House, City Centre, Lilongwe in a community where all National Lands matters and other concerns are managed. The Ministry has digitized over 3 million land records and also maintains a library full of the filed paper records for reference.

We have records dating back to 1900—over 100 years of historical land documentation securely stored in both digital and paper formats. We provide an online portal for land owners and buyers to carry out transactions such as search, transfer of ownership, and other essential land services.
